Rumor had it that King Fahad was "propped up" for the longest time. Kinda reminds me of how NOrman Bates keep his mother stuffed and in her rocking chair. I wonder if the same can be said for Prince Sultan. I just read a good book called "Paramedic to the Prince" it was written by an American paramedic that was on King Abdullah's medical staff. A real inside look into Saudi Arabia. I bought the book off Amazon When King Fahd had a severe stroke the Saudi press said he was fully recovered and in good health.
