French blog Wahid reports that the Saudis will start offering tourist visas following the end of Ramadan. I’m not sure of his sources, but this tracks with what I’ve been hearing.

Il semble que l’Arabie Saoudite va permettre le tourisme dans son pays. En effet, aprés Ramadan (mois de septembre), les agences de voyages attendent des informations sur le futur visa tourisme pour l’Arabie Saoudite.
