‘Respond to onslaught with patience and self-restraint’
Habib Shaikh

JEDDAH — The current onslaught against Islam and Muslims should be faced with patience and self-restraint, according to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.

Addressing the 39th session of the Muslim World League’s Constituent Council held recently under the chairmanship of Shaikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Aal Al Shaikh, the Kingdom’s Grand Mufti, King Abdullah said that the attacks were aimed at agitating and provoking Muslims and should be responded within the boundaries of patience and self-restraint.

Khaleej Times from Dubai carries this report on the opening of a Muslim World League meeting. I hope the six imams and CAIR—discussed in a story below—pay attention.
